Both worked on Teesside. Judith's last job was Teacher-in-charge of the Behaviour Support Services in Redcar and Cleveland and Arthur was Head of the Behaviour Support Services in Cleveland when he retired. Since 1996 they have been providing a range of services which they believe achieve the same high levels of quality as those they were accustomed to providing while in public service.
